Running is my walk (I rarely walk😉). In the I was left lead+, Running gives me the sensation of soaring, little leaps feel gargantuous in my mind-I emerge from the trail feeling , stoic, , tall & . =these 💫

Running has always been my way of finding mental clarity and is a huge part of my self care. The is an event I train for every year and it helps me force myself to get out there and find that time for me.

This is Étienne Aubé, this year’s spokesperson. He credited physical activity as important to his long way to recovery. He encourages everyone to find someone to talk to and to be willing to listen to others that need support

Today, flags are flying all around the country, even as far North as CFS Alert on Ellesmere Island…and this year we went international, with flags at the South Pole and with troops serving in Latvia. cc:

Indeed and my first run in a few months was this morning. I managed 10 minutes. I'm celebrating the small victories when I fight against the voice in my head and the emptiness that's creeping in.

THIS. I’m not fast and these days I find it harder to find the time to run, but I never regret a good run. The mental health rewards are always worth it.

I've always felt running is a form of meditation. Running enables us to stop our lives, to go out and find a safe place for ourselves. - Nina Kuscsik It's important to focus on your safe place, whatever that might be
