As students, we understand how complicated it can be to get help. So, we created a website that consolidates information on a variety of high-quality resources that are on campus, all at the click of a button. ✨Browse, search, and filter to find your best path forward.✨

February brings with it messages of a particular embodiment of love. Remind yourself that you’re surrounded by love in *all* shapes & forms, even though media propagates only a few kinds. YOU are the first love of your life, so take time for your loved ones but also for yourself!

Mental health concerns don’t schedule a day to make an appearance, but we can set aside time to channel our efforts towards contributing to working on solutions. This year, let's take a step beyond awareness, and into literacy. Come, let's talk.

It’s hard to feel comfortable in our mental health situations when the world tends to stigmatize us for it. So here's MAD Pride: celebrating people who have or are planning on using mental health services. If this is what it means to be ‘mad’, it’s an identity we wear with pride.

When someone has a pain in their neck, or their foot is broken, access to help is imperative and easy. However, the stigma attached to mental health issues makes it hard for someone struggling to get the help they deserve. 4/4

This awareness will also lead to easier access to help, which is of supreme importance today. In an ideal world, I would like to see mental health given equal importance as physical health. 3/4

Mental health awareness is important in today’s day and age because everyone experiences mental health struggles in their life. Awareness about how to deal with these issues will lead to higher levels of acceptance, and the ability to share the diversity of experiences. 2/4
