Well if he were brown that might be a problem. Seems to me a crime is only a problem if someone wants to prosecute it. No one seems to be all that interested in holding Trump accountable for anything. Including things he’s said he’s done.

Will come down to any objective evidence (communications w/Trump) seized from Cohen’s properties. Since Trump doesn’t email, ? And, if Cohen flips, where’s his credibility before a jury should he testify he discussed the matter w/Trump?
