Voters know this. An overwhelming majority (71%!) of Americans want the Supreme Court to place limits on lawmakers’ ability to manipulate voting maps (http://bit.ly/2y0nfjG ). And SCOTUS will make decisions this term on gerrymanders from BOTH Republicans (WI) and Democrats (MD).
