Campaigns CAN pay for oppo research, but must disclose (Clinton didn't). They CAN'T solicit info from foreign govs, or for free (Trump did).

The Rs and Ds are both corrupt. They chose as their leaders 2 corrupt candidates. This is a referendum on the viability of our party system.
