Great article missed one point: in many states you can check to make sure your ballot was accepted. If it was rejected, and it is before Election Day ends, you can fix it or vote in person. Check with your sec of state or board of elections.
Yes! And we are also pushing states to INFORM voters if there is a problem with their ballot, so they can remedy the issue. The onus shouldn't be on the voter. (But your tip is a good one!)
