Absentee voting must be safe and accessible this year. However, #Minnesota’s election system requires voters to fill out their absentee ballot in the physical presence of a witness. This puts voters' safety at risk; we're challenging it.

A notary, or
Another official authorized to administer oaths
can serve as a ballot witness in #Minnesota.
Therefore, many voters will be forced to risk their health & interact with someone outside their home in order to vote.
