Our campaign finance laws haven’t kept up with technology. You wouldn’t use a computer from 2002 to browse the internet today. So, why do we use campaign finance laws from 2002 to regulate the digital ads we see today?

It’s time to close the digital ad loophole and update our laws for 2020. With strong, across-the-board digital ad transparency laws, watchdogs would be able to hold wealthy special interests accountable for secretly influencing our elections. It's time to #StopSecretSpending.
