Spox for Speaker Filler-Corn says there is a substitute to the constitutional amendment that the House will vote on *tomorrow.* For voters to see the amendment in November, the House has to vote on the *same language* as last year.
We are watching. Virginia, do the right thing!

So it's unfortunate that this amendment does nothing to address gerrymandering. It's nothing more than a bait and switch, giving the Supreme Court of Virginia the power to redefine our new districts.
