Last week, a judge in FL ruled in our case that you can't deny the right to vote based on wealth. The problem? Only the 17 plaintiffs, including our clients, were given their rights back. Today we filed to ask for relief for ALL affected Floridians.

People who are otherwise eligible to vote but owe onerous fines and fees from a conviction MUST be allowed to vote, and the process must avoid further confusion for voters. Florida’s presidential primary registration deadline is 2/18. There is no time to delay.
