Maybe McCrory is whining about it bc people using absentee ballots tend to be older = Democratic or African America = possibly Democrats. Early voting and drive up voting don’t meet the needs of all north Carolinians who want and should be able to vote.
What appears to have happened in #NC09 to defraud absentee voters is completely illegal under state law. It is appropriate to investigate, prosecute those who committed the fraud and remedy.
