We filed a complaint w/ @FEC in 2016 & have yet to see action.
Start with state & local governments. It should be illegal for non-residents of a state, county, city, etc, to donate to any person running for office in a local election who does not have proven primary residency. If they can't vote for lack of residency, they can't donate.
This administration will soon make the FEC as empty of meaning & power as consumer protection, the inspectors general or the ethics offices.
