Just been informed that a freedom of information request sent to @DefenceHQ on July 21st- which should take 20 days by law, except under exceptional circumstances- has been delayed again until at least Jan 17th. Six months. And no decision.

Yes they are. For six months, I find it extraordinary. I am going to complain on it.

That's nothing Dave. The Home Office took a YEAR to get back to me on one put in October 2016 - and then refused to disclose the information. I complained and they said they'd send a complaint response by 6/12/2017. It hasn't arrived yet either
