How long have you waited? We have two s10 complaints in that it took the ICO 6 weeks to allocate a case number to.

I have 3 complaints that are over a year old & still no DN. Numerous s10 took longer than 6 weeks.

I spoke to press office to get official position this week. "70 per cent resolved in 3 months" is current standard.

Most of that 70% figure will be cases that were closed because complaint made too early or was ineligible.
