@CampaignFoI Does anyone understand the 'action required' part of this judgement ?
4/4 Tribunal warns that strength of language used by requester during appeal was inappropriate & didn't help cause #FOI http://www.informationtribunal.gov.uk/DBFiles/Decision/i883/21112012%20Decision%20EA20120132.pdf …

@IGWales IC concluded no breach of s.10(1) had occurred. Tribunal disagreed.

@CampaignFoI Applicant is probably most regular requester at Tribunal. And possibly not the best advert for nominative determinism. -
@tim2040 Fortunate in this case that the Tribunal put the language etc aside & made an objective decision.

@CampaignFoI my view in these situations is to focus on the substantive points. If not true, it is immaterial. Literally. Infra dig :) -
@lldzne i.e. thick-skinned:-) - End of conversation

@CampaignFoI i think the QC could spend time in customer service to consider if such language is "strong". It sounds rather restrained :) -
@lldzne@campaignfoi Haha! Was thinking the same myself. Read that sort of thing on almost a daily basis!
