Yesterday I uploaded a YouTube video and it's been stuck at 360 for more than 12 hours. It's still at 360p NOW.
Today, two of my videos are in 1080p, as they are supposed to, but now the third one I've uploaded seems to be stuck at 360p... @TeamYouTube

They both say the “upper limit” is 360p. I know when you upload a video you have to wait, but like I said, one of them is still like this 12 HOURS LATER. I used the same file in Premiere to output these videos: 2 videos are at 1080 while this one is stuck like this...pic.twitter.com/meuSOmdJ2v

If anyone's curious this is why my analysis isn't up yet. It took a really long time to upload but now it's doing the exact same thing my other video did yesterday. I don't want to post my first analysis of the new season and have it be crappy quality. I'm making a "backup" file

It's ridiculous! My RWBY reaction and Intro analysis are both 25 minutes long - they basically instantly went to 1080p quality. My analysis is longer, 53 minutes, but it's stuck at 360p for the past hour! I made them all in the same frickin' premiere file

And I know sometimes you just have to wait, but like I said, my RWBY Video from YESTERDAY was posted at around 11:00PM. it's now almost 4 the next day. And it's still stuck at 360p.
