      Walton: do you think discipline is being handled correctly? Henderson: in my agency, yes, subjective when it comes to other departments. I think it's hard to measure when we don't have all the data from SFPD.

      Preston: you've talking about how pre-trial release saves the City about $2 million annually. Can you elaborate? Raju: we are the only group that can talk to incarcerated individuals at that stage, there's little to no formal reentry services if resolution happens pre-trial.

          Boudin: For context, SFPD presented DA with 700 cases of felony drug offenses, most of which are prosecuting. This is clearly not working. Supporting @Scott_Wiener's safe consumption site legislation at state level.

          Mar: what is current staffing for victim services unit? Boudin: we have ~30 victim advocates. Crushing case-load with over 5,000 cases. Historically has been no effort to contact robbery victims, now have pilot in D5 that we hope to expand.
