No, absolutely not. Tories must be called out on their pernicious mendacity. How dare they? While an MP @CalumKerrSNP pushed hard to raise USO to a future-proofed 30M instead of unambitious 10M Wm opted for. ScotGov has most difficult geo and will deliver better service.

That's part of why I'm so angry (not a word I would use often) about this - they set a 95% target which by design was always going to leave rural behind. We're plugging the gap, despite it being a retained policy area, and they're pointing the finger at us....

I worked hard on a cross-party basis on this area, focused on practical and constructive suggestions - meetings officials in DCMS and ScotGov, as well as industry experts. Now we have a group of Scots Tories it's all about spin and politics....
