Then you need to go read up on Scottish Food and Drink as there's a much bigger picture here. It's a great success story built on quality & provenance, marketed under specific, protected brands like Scotch Beef. This isn't just about what we see in our shops.

Cal your point is spot on. Compare Halal meat being advertised yet it is not Halal meat the up roar would devastate the advertisers. I'm all for labelling British goods, outside of the UK. That is how to build a reputable trade abroad. Why is our government so backwards at times
