It would look much nicer if you had each move have a separate return to idle. It really depends on how you set it up in engine. You could have it set up so it's one animation long that's just set up to go back to idle at certain points, but it wouldn't look as nice since -
the first two attacks wouldn't have return to idle specific animations. If you set it up so each animation returns to idle you can basically cut it up in engine to have each animation follow or return to idle depending on button press, kinda like my poorly done MS paint image.pic.twitter.com/0F3J3pNVQc

I'd recommend doing some UE4 tutorials and seeing how people set up combos in engine, it can give you a good idea on how to approach your animations :) Hope that helped
