Who sells them ? Always wanted some animation cels.
Ebay has alright listings for anim cels, but prices get driven really high for popular stuff and there's more of a risk of the cel being a reproduction. Sites like https://celbase.com seem to be safer, but imo it's better to scout comic conventions if you want cheap cels
