I really hope this Maya license change isn't true. So many people are gonna lose access for learning :( I'll probably wont be able to make any personal work again once my educational license is gone.

Yeah I've seen only a few people notice, I think the jist of it is that you have to be down at a credited educational facility or you wont have access. So if you study outside of school or if you do an online animation course (that isn't credited) then there wont be access

No idea, I haven't seen this talked about enough so I have no clue if you're license lasts or not. I can't fork out 2k a year just for one piece of software just for learning

It doesn’t even work for people who are part of ianimate. That school isn’t on ther “list”

I really hope all the schools are able to work something out with Autodesk, it'd be really for students to be forced to buy full licenses if they want to continue their education
