idk what a Technical Evangelist is but all I can imagine is Jehovah's Witnesses except they knock on ur door asking to join the Silicon Valley and praise their lord and saviour Jeff Bezos
I met a few tech evangelists a while ago and I could see the pain in their eyes everytime someone made a religious joke/pun

I think they help share information in new Technologies while also creating them. So I think Game Engine evangelists will help show off new features they've been working on to the masses.
