There are a LOT of Gundam shows and for the exception of a few they are all unrelated and isolated from each other...Where do you want to start?
My plan was to always go in show release order, but if you have any suggestions on where to start I'm all ears :D

The Original (Mobile suit Gundam 0079) is a good way to start, it has limited animation but you get used to it. The link you shared above is from the fourth series of that show. It is the only Gundam continuity with multiple installments, spanning all the way back to 1979.

You could also start with a fan favorite Gundam wings or my personal favorite Gundam 00. They all reintroduces/reinvent the world, the objectives and purpose of Gundam. I could talk about gundam for days
