The fact we have to say "well I can restart the whole thing and it isnt still broke" as a good thing is so bad LOL
A Maya 2019 quirk I'm currently having a problem with is things refusing to spline from stepped. Even when the graph editor says it's splined it doesn't change from stepped in the view-port :/ Fixes on a fresh restart of Maya though so not the end of the world :D

They've also removed the command from the hotkey editor for toggle play and swapped it for a separate play and stop keys. However you can set command with code or by loading a <2019 hot key file, so it's still there under the hood
