This is actually a great idea since so many students already deal with stress and anxiety on a daily basis knowing that it's heightened during exam and finals season.https://twitter.com/ajackielarsen/status/988820882717003776 …

With the above being mentioned, to anyone feeling overwhelmingly stressed during this time (especially students preparing for exams) YOU ARE NOT ALONE! If you need someone to talk or cry to or simply listen, please message me! We can get through this rough patch together. ❤️

Another thing, never let anyone Question or put their own validations on how YOU deal with YOUR stress. No one else can experience your experiences nevertheless cope with things the way you choose to cope. YOUR handling of YOUR stress matters to YOU. Remember that.

Furthermore, crying does not equate to weakness nor is it limited to a gender. Strong men and strong women alike both cry when they choose too.

Someone having a deadly disease is stressful, having a loved one on active military duty is stressful, having a family to support is stressful, having a sick child is stressful. They have no idea what REAL stress is! This is a country raising whiney ass wimps.

Imagine having to deal with those stresses that you just mentions while also in school preparing for exams/finals. Those additional stresses can happen at any time to anyone, including students. Who are you to define someone else's personal stress?

I was a single mom getting a bachelors degree, starting a business I have been there. I didnt need a cry closet, a puppy, or playdoh. The real world doesnt stroke your hair. Your choices and decisions are YOUR own responsibility. No one has personal accountability.

I thank you for being open w/ your story. You stated "Your choices and decisions are YOUR own responsibility." Some people CHOOSE to express emotions and be responsible for their mental stability this way. A few moments of relief to help clear their head their choice.

They need to learn if you have taken on too much, thats on you, you have to fix it. Yes everyone needs to release stress but you need to figure that out for YOURSELF. These kids need to think/problem solve. They wont survive. You cant hand them evetything

Thank you for your service! As an Army ROTC cadet, I've seen fellow cadets crack under the stress of balancing trainings & exams. I am not saying that these tests are more stressful than being deployed, but I am saying that different people classify stress @ different levels.

You must be unaware of the amount of non traditional students currently studying in higher education. College-stress isn't just for typical 18-24 year olds; adults also have stress over exams.
