Wait . . . Correct me if I am wrong but isn't
@CaliforniaOIG the governing entity over CDCR? Are they ok with allowing these kinds of people working in CA prisons? These are the same people who abuse inmates for fun and cause more problems that the OIG should be investigating. -
We are not the governing entity over CDCR. We are an independent state agency tasked with monitoring various CDCR functions and publicly reporting our observations, findings, and recommendations.
