The flag is in the film. They just don't show Neil planting it. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. If you think there is an issue however, you have a serious problem...

I just pointed out a fact that you chose to ignore. If anyone is a snowflake here it’s probably the one who gets annoyed at a movie he hasn’t seen yet deems not patriotic enough?

The point of not having the flag in the movie(and it is btw so calm down) is that even tho yes america was the one who sent them there, everybody on the apollo mission looked at it as more of a giant leap for mankind, not just americans, we are all human and that was a human feat

Lacking authenticity is the problem.

Whose authenticity? The movie or Gosling’s? I do not care for his acting.He isn’t very good.But Hollywood loves him.The Notebook was good because of the remaining cast, not him.

By altering a vital fact about which nation's flag that was planted, subtracts from the authenticity of the movie. Social engineering.

I put it out of my mind after I read about the “alteration”. I don’t plan on giving it financial support.Will wait for cable. Hollywood has a been altering history for decades, but this one is beyond the pale.

I know exact who von Braun was. Stop being so arrogant. And the astronauts knew exactly who they were. And we didn't need a bunch of Hollywood Canadians making a globalist movie about them.
