On the topic of old tweets being dug up... I think it’s stupid for people to get fired for it and in an ideal world no one cares about it. However, when CNN has an entire team dedicated to going after people in that way and running them off the internet, they had this coming.

If you want to go after people’s old content and try to take them down for it... fine, whatever. But don’t expect it to not come back at you and your colleagues like a boomerang. These are the rules. You made them.

CNN’s entire media team spends a lot of their time going after people for old things on the internet. I’m torn because it’s kind of unfair to loop Kaitlin Collins into this, but at the same time that’s exactly what CNN would do if the roles were switched.

However, I have zero problem whatsoever with people going after Oliver Darcy’s past because that’s exactly what he does to everyone else for his job. He’s a scumbag that became a liberal so he could use his conservative connections for resistance RTs and DC respect.

If this was a Fox News reporter that had old tweets using the word "fag," Oliver Darcy and Brian Stelter would have reached out to Fox News 37 times by now asking them if they think it's acceptable to have that kind of person on payroll. We've seen this happen so many times.

The Left setting the standard and it coming back to bite them...kinda like Judicial appointments and the nuclear option Harry Reid set into motion years back!

You get it. Make them live by their own rules. They punch, punch back twice as hard. Alinsky the shit out of them if they try to do it to you.
