Or, crazy thought, they could just vote "no". That might discourage it.
If a convention of states ever happened, it should include an amendment that confines a bill to a fixed number of pages and allow Congress so much time to read them. This nonsense of demanding Reps to read and vote on 2000 page bills in 24 hours has to stop.

It would also have to define page size, font size, etc., because there are tricks used everywhere that page limits are in place.

I agree Caleb. I feel that attaching other items onto a unrelated bill is also something I’d like to see Stop. COS wants to stop things that allow federal gov to take over more of states & people’s power.

Or maybe require x amount of time per page be given to our representatives so that they can't give a large bill immediately before vote time. This would also discourage large bills because who wants to wait a month to vote on a bill?
