Loneliness can be alleviated by designing cities in ways that promote social interactions and a sense of connection. Research has shown that access to community centers, natural spaces, and good transport options can decrease loneliness.

Rob and Chris both rode hardtail mountain bikes with 120mm front suspension and 2.6 tires front and rear for a backpacking trip. Steelbender and Lockhart Basin have chunky terrain and the bigger tires and front sus provide a more comfortable ride.
