I tried to hide my bruises, and hide what was happening to me from my family. My perpetrators threatened to kill my parents if the stopped me seeing them. They threatened me and intimidated me with guns and knives. They said that their religion permitted them to do this.

This happens. This is barbaric. This is Sharia law. They stopped a small second there, to put her hijab back on, before they continued to throw stones at her.

I have a problem and I was feeling helpless so I sent a whiney email to an organisation for refugees, I didn't expect much but wow these people are so kind, I am not used to being treated so well. 😢❤️ And I was told Germans are cold and unfriendly. Lies.

As an Iranian who was beaten & jailed for opposing mandatory Hijab,I'm appalled to see Hijab celebrated in the West. I have a dream for all women to be free oneday. Free to choose what to wear, how to live, and what to think. Celebrating hijab destroys that dream.

Hijab represents the idea that women as beings are inferior to men. Don't believe me? An Nisa [4:34]

Dear western "feminists" celebrating , you have no idea what you are doing, you are naive, and you are most definitely doing harm to the women's rights movement. Hijab is the centerpiece of misogyny.

Another example of Muslim men trying to control how women dress by calling them exposed candy.

And what about the beauty(or handsomeness, however you read it) men? Why are they aloud to get uncovered? Heck, most muslim men wear all kinds of Western clothing they can get their hands on. They flaunt all they want. But the minute a women even thinks to do so, all hell breaks.

To this day living in the UK at 21 I have to wear a hijab bc I know I would be faced with manipulation, guilt-tripping, being told I'm selfish+ostracization from the family if I didn't. Hijabis+muslims, please don't invalidate the experiences of those who don't have-

Dear muslim women, if the hijab is really a choice, why not take it off for a day in support of those being forced to?

Happy ❤️ I will never cover my hair ever again, I'm free to choose how I dress and no man will ever decide for me again. Women all over the world deserve this freedom.

Isn't this enough to prove Islam is false? Why don't Muslim terminal cancer patients try it out?
