    I am pleased to announce that is now an officially recognized tax exempt 501c3 non-profit organization. We exist to support the Arizona cyber-security community, and this is just another step down that road. Thanks for all who helped w/ this.

    I launched into this tangent/rant just minutes into my talk, apparently it resonates with many. And has some great ideas, I hope we can make something happen.

    “We have a skills gap. It’s in HR and recruitment... and the fact that we make technical people into managers without teaching them how to manage. We need to figure out how to hire you.” at (That’s not word for word, he talks fast!)
