What about certain combinations? For example, I think having more training is a good idea (especially if they aren't taught things like race realism and are taught things such as conflict resolution) - in combination with reducing police size and allowing prosecution is the way.

Are there any examples of an urban area or large community (a county for ex) that has implemented abolition of prisons/jails/police? Is their data showing the effects? Crime statistics? Data showing improvements in areas of economic, health, etc ?
