Yeh almost like natural immunity works.
It does kill 1 in 300 though, regardless. 3times more than flu.

Previous infection only confers longer lasting protection against reinfection for those that survived the previous infection.
That is so obvious it remains unstated yet it should be stated because people tend to discount the dead.
5 million dead, no protection for them.
