Our new preprint is about CFR in Hubei and Italy. In the presentation from February 18, I provided and estimate of CFR in cases outside China at 1.9% (95% CI: 0.5%-4.9%). Why is this not compatible?
Yet mathematics is just language trying to describe the part of life we measure and characterise.
