Our new preprint is about CFR in Hubei and Italy. In the presentation from February 18, I provided and estimate of CFR in cases outside China at 1.9% (95% CI: 0.5%-4.9%). Why is this not compatible?

The farther they drift apart, the more underreported do cases get. Assuming the death toll remains more reliable.
