Did you mean China or mainland China? In the latter case, you would have your second outcome for your cfr estmation. There's a death reported from Hong Kong.
In the WHO Situation Reports, Hong Kong falls within China. What we need is date of onset of sympoms, which we don‘t have have for HK. So we‘ll leave it out.

You can find date of onset of 10 Hong Kong cases here: https://twitter.com/SunKaiyuan/status/1221414552405008384 … But there is no data about death. You might be able to identify the case by comparing to other line data. I have just asked a friend working in Business Intelligence, whether he could merge some lists.
