I'm not sure... because I am getting a lot of subscribers per month, but then I guess they stop watching as soon as they subscribe? LOL it's very confusing...

yea I do that in every video. I think that YT just doesn't show my videos to all of my subscribers and doesn't notify them all every time a new video is out.

You maybe on to something, I think YouTube will send a notification if the user visits the subscriber’s channel often. There’s a few channels I’ve subscribed, but I don’t get a notification from all of them.

Exactly. The whole point of subscribing to a channel is that you'll be notified of their uploads without having to visit the channel to check. @TeamYouTube
