    Bond court — When police confronted her with the fact that they found her 7-month-old and her 2 other kids at the babysitter's, she said, "some lady" told her to say a baby was in the stolen car so cops will find it faster, per prosecutors.

    Breaking: Sade Owens, 30, charged with filing a false report yesterday in which she claimed her 7 month old son was in her car when it was stolen. Police say the boy was with a babysitter the entire time.

    If revenue is not the goal, why isn't the city estimating lives that will be saved instead of estimating revenue that will be raised?

    The goal is not to issue tickets. It is to deter unsafe driving. Data shows speed cameras work: In 2019, 92.7% of drivers ticketed for speeding in school zones & 87.2% ticketed for speeding in park zones didn't receive a second ticket, indicating a change in driving behavior.

    They aren't forgetting local reporters. They are avoiding local reporters because national outlets aren't informed enough to ask the hard local questions.
