Well worth it. Cannabis should be legalized nationally, and 100s of 1000s of prison sentences commuted. It’s way past time. Plus, we are going to need to free up prison space for GOP politicians soon... it’s a win/win.

Lose in Texas, gain in NJ. Very hard to believe these numbers.

NJ is getting a lot of people from NY. I suspect TX is seeing effects of gentrification in urban centers - higher-density being replaced with lower-density occupancy, more people being priced out than moving in - but this is pure speculation.

Wow. Here in CA everyone is acting like we’re going to be a ghost town (I wish). This is just total numbers and not percentages? Hardly anyone is leaving.
