From CDOT: inspex at Stamford RR Sta have found two similar areas that might be dangerous. Pedestrian access being closed off pending removal. Tunnel will be closed until next week but ADA access will continue. Watch for signs. Train service and platforms will remain open.

Update: we’d previously reported MTA said fare evasion is a $500M a year problem. It is not. MTA Chmn Lieber now says it “is a $700M a year problem”
