The withdrawal of U.S. forces from Syria which appears to be an abandonment of the United States’ articulated aims in Syria. Russia, Iran, Turkey, and the Assad regime will emerge as the winners, while Israel and the Kurds are the biggest losers.https://www.csis.org/analysis/implications-us-withdrawal-syria …

That’s not true assessment. USA is the biggest loser here, and will come back in less than two years. You welcome to save this tweet, and remind me before 2023

This is a concern for all the world, specially those “democrat” and emergent countries. While making AM split of forces in Middle East is not a good signal for freedom and peace

I see the USA as the biggest loser in this decision, from a geopolitical point of view. Now Putin has the EU in hand, with the pressure of mass migration, which will strengthen his installed right-wing parties and bring them to the governments. Now he has the EU under his control.

At the same time, maybe the EU will realize that it no longer has a reliable partner, what Putin will cleverly use to tie the EU closer to the Eurasian Economic Union. If there comes also an EU army, then it’s decided.
