On a per capita basis, the South and West are not yet approaching the levels that the Northeast experienced in spring. Testing was also less available in the NE at the height of the outbreak, so a smaller percentage of infections were confirmed.pic.twitter.com/RttQUfLd0d

Are Hospital rates going up as well in each of those areas?

they certainly are in Texas and Arizona - less sure elsewhere. Florida doesn't track this info.
