What a mistake it would be if Convention of States (e.g. Article V Convention) was held and Dems were able to modify the 2nd, 4th, and 5th Amendments? If Congress doesn’t follow law today, why think modifying Constitution “helps” things?

So your point is 38 states would never come together to impose term limits on Congress but we should fear 38 states coming together to wipe out other amendments????? I support COS movement.
