As a volunteer, my district is SD-CO19 (Upper) and HD-CO27 (Lower), but cannot find out who and how to contact my DC. Or do I wait for them to contact me? I would like to participate on 2/3/18 rally. I've repeatedly re-registered over the past year or more.
