Under Reagan goverment took in less than 1 Trillion dollars but we had huge GDP, Reagan deficit 128 billion dollars, now 19 Trillion.

Please yes, convention of the states needs an amendment with absolute limits on what the government can take. All inclusive, no loopholes.
