      Why should states vote 2 limit fed gov't power when they receive huge amounts of $$ from the fed? R they not already bought off?

      This movement attracts true statesmen. It's true the feds bribe the states w/their own money, a problem our resolution can rectify.

      We hear about this problem a lot from state legislators. They are fed up with what is essentially extortion with taxpayer money.
