      You can't make the government pay attn to the Constitution after a Convention, if they don't pay attn to it now.

      Our Constitution is just fine. The problem, is that it is not being respected. Rewriting Constitution does nothing, at best.

      No enforcement arm in the Constitution, itself. It is only when a people respect it. Our leaders don't. VOTERS must fix this.

      Article V is the #1 enforcement arm for the people working through their states. Elections can't fix structural issues.

      Budget is Congress's job, and only COS can abolish executive orders, or give Congress (or the states) a way to override.
