      There have been 400 apps for an Art. V Convention. One has not been convened, because there must be agreement on subject matter.

      A repeal of the 16th and 17th are on the table with our resolution. Unfortunately, Congress will never do it. It's up to us!

      A Convention of States only has the power to propose reforms, not ratify them, the same power that Congress has every day.

      Neither can a Convention of States. The proposals are sent back to the state legislatures for ratification.

          Proposals require 26 state delegations at Convention. Ratification requires 38 state legislatures.

          Which 38 states would ratify that? Conservatives control 70 of the 99 chambers. Only takes 13 to stop anything.
